Job Duties

• Prepare and develop MEP cost estimates, budgets, and tender pricing for projects.
• Prepare tender packages and coordinate enquiries with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and recommend the most competitive and compliant proposals.
• Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and identify pricing risks and opportunities during the tender stage.
• Maintain accurate pricing data and coordinate with internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to support successful bid submissions.

 Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant estimating experience in construction projects.
• Experience in design-and-build projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP estimating, tendering, cost analysis, and subcontractor management.
• Experience in Data Centre or Semiconductor projects will be an added advantage.
