Job Duties

• Lead and manage document control activities for the Data Center project.
• Manage Procore document workflows, permissions, RFIs, submittals, drawings, transmittals and project records.
• Ensure accurate document numbering, revision control, approval status, distribution and filing. 
• Coordinate document submissions, reviews and approvals with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and project teams.
• Monitor outstanding documents, reporting and handover documentation to support project milestones.
• Lead and support the Document Control team and ensure compliance with project procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Document Control within construction or engineering projects.
• Proven Data Center project experience is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on Procore experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of document control workflows, RFIs, submittals, drawings, transmittals, revision control and records management.
• • Strong written and spoken English communication skills, coordination and team management skills.
