We invite high-calibre candidates to fill the BAMS Engineer position in Selangor, Malaysia.

Job Duties

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of BAMS architecture and control systems.
• Review BAMS design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
• Develop, review, and validate I/O (Input/Output) lists for controls and monitoring systems.
• Coordinate integration between BAMS and various building systems including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Protection, Security, and other related systems.
• Review and coordinate various communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, OPC, MQTT, and TCP/IP.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and multidisciplinary design reviews.
• Coordinate system interfaces and resolve clashes with MEP subcontractors and equipment suppliers.
• Review Material Submission Approvals (MSA) and technical submissions.

 Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BMS/BAMS design, coordination, or implementation.
• Experience in data centre, commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities is an added advantage.
• Experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary project environments.
