KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management
o Ensure UGL SLA is met across various systems and solutions
o Ensure lifecycle, security and compliance are met across systems and solutions
Responsible for the ICT Landscape calendar being up-to-date, complete and available to all stakeholders both ICT
and business
Responsible for maintaining the data to support SLA reporting
Responsible for ensuring backup is performed regularly
Participate in the Disaster Recovery testing
Landscape orchestration and Governance
Support the basis lead in managing the lifecycle, security and compliance of systems and solutions in scope
