About the role

The Site Administrator will be on an 8/6 FIFO roster and will provide accurate, timely and innovative administrative support to our project and corporate based teams.

In this role, you will;

  • Coordinate and deliver efficient and effective administration planning and support 
  • Maintaining rosters and inputting employee hours
  • Managing mobilisation process
    • employee paperwork accuracy
    • booking travel & accommodation
    • setting up inductions 
  • Maintain reports, filing systems and personnel files as directed 
  • Maintain correspondence notes, filing systems and process invoices and procure employees in compliance with company requirements 

About you

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite  
  • 2 years experience in a similar position 
  • Experience with JDE & Inex required  
  • Experience in mining operations administration 
  • Professional, mature and reliable approach to duties and colleagues
