About the role

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for managing Health, Safety, and Security governance within the Thiess Governance Systems
• Proactively identify trends and conducting analysis related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in Indonesia, including providing recommendations and intervention plans
• Monitor and administer Thiess Indonesia's OHS reporting requirements in accordance with the Thiess OHS Management Systems
• Measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Indonesia and all projects by providing guidance and direction on safety systems to achieve Business Unit Health & Safety objectives
• Develop, maintain, and update the Health & Safety Dashboard and databases, including Synergy, relevant eForms, and other digitalization initiatives.
• Enhance capability to assist in and deliver relevant health and safety training programs.
• Manage Health & Safety Audit Regime in Indonesia with include scheduling, arrangement and monitoring the program ensuring completion as per schedule.
• Manage Occupational Health & Hygiene in close collaboration with operational personnel.
• Demonstrate appropriate personal safe behaviors.
• Comply with all applicable OHS laws and Company policies.
• Prepare correspondence, documents and materials for publications/reports and presentations, and ensure the content is accurate, formatted, complete and ready to use.
• Coordinate with Project OHS personnel for record Occupational, health and safety data not limited to employee working hours, incidents, KPI, etc.

About you

• Tertiary Education (S1, D3) in Health and Safety Discipline.
• 3 years experiences in Health and Safety. Experiences working in Mining Industry is preferable.
• Strong capability in health and safety data recording and analysis.
• Solid understanding of digitalization, with the ability to demonstrate Health & Safety Dashboards, including but not limited to Synergy, Power BI, and other eForms.
• Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) for compiling and presenting various forms of information.
• Advanced communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
