This is an opportunity to apply your strong organisational, communication, and technical skills while making a meaningful impact in a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities may include

  • Develop concise reports and summaries for various business teams, supporting data and trends analysis using Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Group Executive, Commercial, and teams without dedicated administrative resources.
  • Handle office management tasks, prepare for team meetings, and act as the primary contact for travel, logistics, and month-end processing.
  • Assist in drafting and updating board reports for Risk, Governance, and Assurance functions.
  • Input project review outcomes into relevant systems like Synergy and ensure follow-up actions are tracked, closed out, and verified.
