In this role, you’ll work closely with integration leads, technical teams, and stakeholders across Thiess, MACA, and PYBAR to understand business processes, analyse data, identify gaps, and support change readiness. You’ll be instrumental in translating business needs into system solutions, supporting testing, training, and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and document current and future business processes across finance and asset functions.
  • Support data gathering, cleansing, and validation for migration and reporting.
  • Identify gaps between existing business processes and the JDE system capabilities, recommending solutions.
  • Develop tools and documentation to support business readiness and change management.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Assist with post-go-live support.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

You are a skilled Business Analyst with a strong foundation in finance and ERP systems, ready to contribute to a high-impact transformation project. With a background in business, commerce, or IT, you bring analytical thinking, process mapping expertise, and excellent communication skills to a dynamic team. Your experience in ERP implementations and ability to work across functions make you a valuable asset in bridging business needs with technical solutions. Flexibility to travel or be based in Perth is essential for success in this role.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or IT.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst on ERP projects (JDE, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of finance and asset management processes.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and process mapping.

  • Supportive, inclusive culture that values innovation and continuous improvement
  • Opportunity to work with an amazing team on a high impact project
  • Collaborative, values-led culture with a global reach.
  • Access to leading-edge technology and systems.
  • Competitive salary and employee benefits package
