About the role
This role is responsible for monitoring the quality of site haul roads by providing weekly parameter reports. The objective is to enhance operational productivity and ensure full compliance with good mining practice standards
In this role, you will:
- Assist the project survey team to validate survey data for pit situation updates
- Perform data analysis on road parameters and produce comprehensive weekly reports from Survey data model
- Communicate effectively to the stakeholder and GIS team to maintain efficient workflows and high-quality reporting
About you
- Tertiary qualification in Surveying or equivalent
- 5-10 years' experience mine surveying in open cut operation preferred
- Proficiency in Maptek Point Studio, Vulcan/Deswik, Terramodel.
- Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with confident interaction with people at all levels of an organisation
- Mine Survey certification
- Able to communicate in English (written and oral) - mandatory
