What you’ll do
We are seeking an experienced Asset Estimating Specialist to provide critical support to our operations and tenders by:
Key Responsibilities
Developing plant rates and maintenance cost estimates for tenders
Adjusting plant rates on existing projects to achieve break-even result
Analysing project costs for monthly reviews and benchmarking
Completing asset life reviews, considering operating costs, major component cycles, ownership costs and overhaul requirements
Advising on asset selection for new work based on fleet availability, considering productivity, reliability and cost.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
University Degree or trade qualification
1-3 years’ experience in operational roles
Strong analytical and estimating skills
Proficiency in in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint.) Macro/ VBA experience would be beneficial
Ability to work independently and to collaborate across teams.
