About the role
This role is responsible for the accurate and timely entry, validation and processing of production and maintenance data across MACA and Thiess projects in the Western Region. Working as part of the offshore Indonesian DMG team, this role supports the regional DMG model by managing routine and transactional tasks.
In this role, you will:

Monitor real time data feeds and flag potential quality issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution

Provide support for escalations related to data accuracy and timeliness, under the direction from the regional SME

Assist with identifying data quality issues and contribute suggestions to help prevent future errors

Support root cause analysis activities by gathering and summarising data review by the SME.

Generate reports on data quality issues and trends to support informed decision making

Collaborate with the Aus East/ Corporate DMG team to ensure alignment with standard processes and expectations
About you
- Studies in Business Administration, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Engineering, or a related field are preferred
- Previous experience in data entry, administration or support role required
- Exposure to mining, logistics, engineering or operations environments preferred
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. sorting, filters, basic formulas)
- Comfortable learning and working within operational software platforms and data entry systems
- Experience supporting teams remotely or across multiple time zones preferred
