About the role
This role is responsible for daily operational Finance & Accounting related to end to end Invoicing to Receipt Process, GL Reconciliation, Monthly Financial Reporting Deliverables, Document control, Journal & Accrual, JDE processing, and Other financial and administration function associated with Finance in Jakarta.
In this role, you will:
- Demonstrate initiative in completing task
- Process Finance documentation records and management unit file system.
- Perform GL Reconciliation
- Be responsible for Monthly Financial Reporting Deliverables
- Perform Document control.
- Perform journal, accrual, and JDE processing.
- Daily processing of Finance Administration and Accounting transactions
About you
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting with 2 years' experience in accounting or related field
- Proven experience in financial management, corporate reporting and management analysis
- Understands accounting standards
- Understands JDE Oracle system
- Excellent computer Skill (intermediate or higher Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge about leadership and interpersonal
- Good English communication skills
