About the role

The Officer Plant Technical Services is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate condition monitoring data from various sources

In this role, you will:

  • Collect and manage data from oil samples, filter cuts, magnetic plugs, cylinder ratings
  • Process telemetry downloads from OEM systems (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr, Cummins, etc.)
  • Download and manage various onboard data via Website (Visionlink, Komtrax, Hitachi, etc)
  • Consolidate multi-source data into standardized formats for analysis
  • Perform regular data checks and corrections for inconsistencies or outliers
  • Review and validate component data and performances
  • Provide timely, structured data to Reliability Engineers and Supervisors
  • Develop strong basic knowledge of how components function and degrade
  • Update master data to reflect latest component installations and configurations

About you

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in system information/administration or Ex Apprenticeship with 2-year experience in heavy equipment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • OEM Software Systems/Databook
  • Basic Understanding of Component Function & Wear Indicators
  • Data Accuracy & Governance Practices
  • Reporting & Documentation Skills
  • Strong attention to detail in managing multi-source condition data
  • Ability to interpret fault codes and basic component functions
  • Skilled in validating and correcting technical equipment data
  • Understanding of lubricant standards and condition indicators
