What you’ll do

Working as part of the Total Reward team, you will support the design and implementation of global reward frameworks, with a strong focus on how job levels connect to remuneration outcomes.

You will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to embed consistent reward practices across regions, ensuring alignment between job evaluation, pay positioning and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and enhance remuneration frameworks aligned to the Job Level Framework, including salary bands and pay structures
  • Support annual salary reviews, incentive frameworks and reward processes aligned to job architecture
  • Apply and support job evaluation and role levelling, ensuring alignment between role size and pay outcomes
  • Conduct market benchmarking and provide insights on competitiveness, pay positioning and internal relativities
  • Maintain governance, compliance and audit readiness across reward processes and decisions
  • Partner with HR teams and leaders to embed consistent application of job levels and reward principles
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of reward frameworks, systems and tools, including automation and modelling initiatives

What You’ll Need to Succeed

You bring experience in compensation and benefits or reward, with strong exposure to job evaluation frameworks and remuneration design.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Experience supporting salary review cycles, job evaluation and remuneration benchmarking
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data and reward modelling
  • Understanding of governance, compliance and internal equity principles
  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across HR and the business
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g. Oracle, Workday)
