The Opportunity

Are you experienced Truck or Multi-Skilled Operator with a commitment to safety and a passion for mining? Thiess is seeking experienced and motivated Operators to join our high-performing team at Curragh North. 

As a key member of the Curragh North team, you'll be responsible for important role in supporting safe, efficient mining operations by operating heavy mining equipment while contributing to a productive, safety-focused team environment.

Roster: 7:7 DN | Location: Curragh North, QLD  | Employment Type: Full-Time

As the Truck or Multi-Skilled Operator, you will:

• Operate haul trucks and/or ancillary equipment safely and efficiently to support production targets.
• Maintain a strong commitment to Thiess' safety culture, procedures, and operational standards.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to deliver safe, reliable, and productive mining operations.

About you

• Minimum of 1 year of prior working experience operating Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders, Loaders, or a coal mining environment.
• Verified machinery skills list (training transcripts) LMS documents, signed by SSE or Delegate.
• Current Standard 11
• Current Drivers Licence
• A proactive attitude with the desire to work reliably as part of a team
