Your opportunity
The Communications Advisor is a key role within the Communications function responsible for supporting regional Business Units in implementing strategic development and tactical delivery of Business Unit communications and CPB Contractor’s company-wide corporate communications strategy.
Additional accountabilities include;
- Assist in the execution of targeted communications campaigns aimed at driving key strategic outcomes for CPB Contractors employees.
- Work closely with your Corporate Communications and Media and Partnerships colleagues to support the drafting and publishing of timely, compelling communications content across all internal and external digital channels, including the intranet, website and social media.
- Support the Business Unit communications for the region as well as drafting and executing various corporate communications as required.
- Assist with strategic communications planning and overseeing/coordinating the internal communications rhythm.
- Business partner with projects within the region to ensure consistent communications are being rolled out and assist with any communications related queries.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications/public affairs and/or equivalent employment experience.
- Demonstrated experience across a range of communication channels and platforms, including online and digital.
- A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in a complex business environment with agency relationship experience.
