Myer is looking for a Stores Systems to be responsible for optimising store procedures and systems to enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiency. This includes managing key programs such as MyWallet and CFC, overseeing daily sales and compliance reporting, supporting projects through to business-as-usual, and delivering actionable business insights. You will also play a key role in stakeholder engagement, providing operational support and facilitating communication between stores and third parties.
About the role
- Reviews and drives continuous improvement in store procedures
- Prepares business metrics and reviews monthly
- Manages the store incentives & customer program – MyWallet/CFC
- Manages the distribution of daily sales and compliance reporting
- Manages internal business presentations (trade and leadership briefings)
- Manages provision of operational support, investigations, and advice on effective solutions.
- Establishes meaningful and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive the right outcome for the business
- Coordinates communication between third party and stores to drive desired operational outcomes.
- Advises projects on retail requirements and supports transition of projects to BAU
About you:
- Minimum 2 years leadership
- Retail operational experience
- Effective prioritisation & organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to business change
- Perform tasks urgently within tight timescales where required
- Demonstrated knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes, utilisation of inhouse IT
