- 12 month, full-time contract opportunity
- Hybrid working model, partly working remotely as well as our support office

About the role:
- Complete and distribute Employee Change Notification forms
- Complete and distribute approval to recruit requests
- Liaise with our HR Services team on contracts and letter variations
- Manage the onboarding process for new starters
- Complete employee termination & resignation processes, including management of exit interviews
- Manage and track employee changes, including, new hires, promotions and exits
- Handle first level employee and people leader queries, i.e. Parental Leave applications and annual leave queries
- Update the employee Organisational Charts
- Support end of Probation Review activities
- Manage and Administer annual performance review forms
- Store and Manage all employee documents
- Request and distribute monthly and quarterly reporting
- Support the HR Business Partner team with Ad-hoc administration requests as required
About you:
- Qualifications and/or prior experience in Human Resources role, or equivalent
- Excellent administration skills and highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach and willingness to support others
- A demonstrated understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to actively listen and gather appropriate information to resolve stakeholder queries/requirements
- Ability to remain objective and impartial to any situation that may arise
- Well developed time management skills to prioritise and organise tasks/workflow on a daily basis
