Reporting to the Senior Manager, Loyalty Product, this role supports the delivery and ongoing optimisation of MYER one member benefits, working cross-functionally to ensure benefits are launched effectively and drive strong member engagement. The role is responsible for monitoring benefit performance and uptake, as well as broader MYER one program performance metrics including scan rates, tag rates, acquisition, redemption, and overall member engagement, using insights to inform continuous improvement.

About the role: 

  • Assist in the development and delivery of new program benefits and experiences to enhance member engagement and drive program success
  • Support the creation of strategies, deliverables, processes, and guidelines for existing and new loyalty tiered benefits, ensuring members receive maximum value
  • Work with key business stakeholders and partners to improve the member proposition and build awareness of MYER one across the business including incentive programs
  • Assist in managing key loyalty product projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Support the analysis of customer insights and key program metrics to adapt and optimise program benefits, enhancing member engagement and driving incremental lifetime value
  • Support the Loyalty Product Lead - Metrics and Engagement with the delivery, tracking and reporting of MYER one performance and engagement metrics, including tag and scan rates, member acquisition and benefit redemption, to ensure program performance is clearly measured and communicated  
  • Identify opportunities to commercialise relevant program benefits, supporting revenue growth initiatives
  • Assist the Loyalty Member Experience Team with the development and delivery of high-value member benefits and experiences, as required
  • Support the engagement of external partners to introduce innovative benefits and enhance existing program offerings, focusing on cost reduction and elevating the customer experience
  • Collaborate with the Customer Lifecycle and Loyalty Operations teams to deliver customer-facing proposition benefits and proactively address challenges and customer benefit and engagement pain-points
  • Collaborate with the Lifecycle Loyalty team to enhance key loyalty program education infrastructure across all channels, focusing on key benefits

About you: 

  • Strong understanding of global loyalty trends and the broader loyalty landscape to ensure the delivery of innovative and competitive program offerings
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a Loyalty Program
  • Excellent customer-centric focus with strong analytical capabilities to derive actionable insights and improve program performance
  • Flexible and adaptable, with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills to manage changing priorities and challenges
  • Proven experience in internal and external stakeholder project management, ensuring smooth execution and collaboration across teams
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, maintaining efficiency and quality under pressure
  • Passionate about loyalty and dedicated to driving customer engagement and program success
  • Intermediate proficiency in loyalty management systems with the ability to manage and optimise loyalty platforms effectively
  • Intermediate experience in using Excel
