Myer Group is looking for an exceptional and commercially minded General Manager – Retail Media to build, scale and position Myer as one of Australia’s leading Retail Media Networks.
In this critical leadership role, you will be accountable for establishing, designing, shaping, and scaling the Retail Media operating model and team over time to support Myer’s Retail Media growth ambitions.

What you will be doing:
- Define the vision, strategy and go‑to‑market approach for the Myer Retail Media Network.
- Design and grow the operating model, structure and team capabilities.
- Lead and establish a high‑performing Advertiser Account client facing team.
- Drive Retail Media revenue and profit outcomes.
- Expand investment from existing partners and create new media opportunities.
- Own the Ad Product roadmap to deliver new, differentiated media solutions.
- Ensure Myer continues to innovate to meet advertiser and customer needs.
- Integrate Myer One and digital customer data into audience targeting and performance reporting.
- Responsible for cross-functionally executing the retail media plans across in store execution, digital deployment, and offsite publishing partners
- Ensure strong data governance, privacy compliance and ethical data practices.
- Foster strong relationships with existing partnerships as well as acquiring new partners for Myer Retail Media propositions.
About you:
- Extensive experience across retail within merchandising and/or marketing, with experience in retail media, brand media, and/or digital media.
- Proven leadership across multi-discipline teams
- Demonstrated success in building or scaling partner businesses (preferably at a retailer, publisher, or ad-tech platform)
- Track record of strong cross-functional relationships and influence.
- An exceptional communicator and relationship builder
- Passion for retail, media and customer experience
