As a MYER Cosmetic Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Beauty Hall. Leading by example, you will motivate and support your team to deliver outstanding customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain exceptional brand standards. This dynamic role combines leadership, product knowledge, and a passion for beauty to create memorable experiences for every customer.
Your Background:
- Lead and inspire the beauty team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Support daily operations of the cosmetics department, ensuring smooth workflow and team productivity.
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, training, and on-the-floor guidance.
- Drive a service-first culture by leading by example in customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Monitor individual and team performance, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Assist in rostering, stock management, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with brand representatives and store leadership to execute key business strategies.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, store presentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to uphold MYER’s reputation for quality service.
