We are looking for a Loyalty Partnership Manager – Myer Group to be responsible for managing the strategic partnerships that support Myer’s broader business objectives, enhance brand equity, and drive mutual value creation. This role plays a key part in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with the Myer Group brands. As the primary point of contact for Myer Group partner brands including Just Jeans, Dotti, Jay Jays, Portmans, Jacqui E, Marc’s, and David Lawrence - this role manages day-to-day partner relationships and ensures collaboration is strategic, effective, and aligned with group-level goals.
The Loyalty Partnership Manager works closely with internal teams particularly Loyalty, Marketing, online and stores to develop and execute initiatives, campaigns and incentives that drive engagement, deliver strong commercial outcomes, and promote customer communications that increase member utilisation. The role is also responsible for supporting the implementation of projects and initiatives that strengthen the partnership program and enhance its reach and performance. This includes leading the planning and delivery of joint campaigns, offers, and activations, ensuring all initiatives are measurable and well-executed across appropriate channels.
The role is accountable for driving partnership-generated revenue and engagement metrics, while ensuring all activities are executed to a high standard and within budget, thereby supporting Myer’s broader strategic and commercial objectives.
About the role:
- Manage and grow Myer Group loyalty partnerships: Nurture and enhance partnerships to enhance the MYER one loyalty program and drive customer engagement
- Performance and Revenue Growth: Monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships, implementing strategies to optimise customer engagement and financial outcomes
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between Myer and partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless execution of partnership initiatives
- Customer-Centric Focus: Design and deliver initiatives that prioritise customer value and align with the MYER one loyalty strategy, enhancing the overall customer experience
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the loyalty product, lifecycle, and experience teams to deliver effective partnership communications, including the promotion of partner offers, benefits, and exclusive experiences to MYER one members
- Operational and Financial Management: Manage partnership-related budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with financial targets
- Performance management: Track and analyse partnership performance metrics, reporting on the success and impact of partnerships; recommend improvements as needed
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to proactively adjust partnership strategies
- Ad hoc responsibilities as required
About you:
- 3+ years’ experience specifically in loyalty program partnership management, with proven ability to manage one-on-one partner relationships
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders to drive aligned outcomes and create long-term value
- Strong customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable value through loyalty and partnership initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in delivering business insights and confidently presenting strategic initiatives and results to a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership teams
- Excellent critical-thinking skills with a deep understanding of customer journey design and a strong emphasis on data-led decision-making
- Commercially savvy, with practical experience in developing and presenting business cases to secure buy-in and support for partnership initiatives
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to bring together diverse teams and partners to work toward shared goals
- A proactive self-starter with a passion for innovation and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing, and dynamic environments
- Strong project management skills, with proven ability to prioritise, implement, and analyse multiple initiatives simultaneously
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with exposure to LMS systems, loyalty dashboards, and reporting tools
