An exciting opportunity exists for a newly created role of Organisational Development Lead. This role is critical  in shaping the cultural and organisational practices of the newly integrated Myer Group. You will be responsible for designing and delivering people‑centric organisational initiatives that build alignment, engagement and performance across the business. You will use your OD expertise, partnering closely with key stakeholders to strengthen culture, capability and organisational effectiveness.

About the role:

  • Report to and work closely with the GM Talent, Capability & Organisational Effectiveness, and lead the OD agenda for the Myer Group.
  • Drive the creation and adoption of new Myer Group organisational values, bringing them to life across every part of our business—from stores and distribution centres to the support office—to foster a unified, aligned culture
  • Reinvigorate Myer’s reward and recognition programs taking a values‑led approach that celebrates consistent behaviours and strengthens a one‑team culture
  • Own the Performance Review framework ensuring it supports strategic priorities, capability growth, and critical behaviours
  • Partner with leaders to embed, develop and utilise OD frameworks, tools and methodologies that uplift leadership, team effectiveness and organisational capability
  • Support design and delivery of enterprise engagement initiatives that foster team connection, belonging and customer‑focused behaviours

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or related discipline
  • Extensive experience in a similar role at a senior level,  within a large customer centric, multi brand environment
  • Experience implementing large‑scale OD and change initiatives through in complex multi stakeholder organisations
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing OD frameworks, values programs or performance systems that create cultural alignment
  • Strong project management capability, including planning, delivery and stakeholder engagement
  • Analytical capability to interpret feedback, engagement data and organisational insights
