The Advertising Team is seeking a Graphic Designer. In this role you will be responsible for developing artwork that upholds brand guidelines and style guides, ensuring consistency and excellence across all creative outputs, including visual merchandising, packaging, and broader design briefs.
About the role:
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions in response to briefs and job requests.
- Deliver high-quality design and finished art across various projects.
- Ensure all files are prepared, named, and stored in line with studio protocols.
- Develop artwork for all visual merchandise elements to be produced to support marketing campaigns
- Mange brand artwork for all fixtures across the store network
- Develop and manage the directional signage artwork in all stores
- Develop artwork for all new and refurb store requirements
- Develop packaging and labelling Style Guides in line with the overall company brand strategy
- Develop packaging and labelling finished art for individual product requirements based on the style guide and sustainability targets
- Manage the packaging and labelling artwork deadline schedule to ensure product deliveries are met to drive commercial success
About you:
- Proven experience in delivering creative, inspirational, and commercially effective visual design solutions, ideally within retail or visual merchandising.
- Formal qualifications in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) on Mac OS.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft applications.
- Typography and image retouching skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence, build, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Outstanding time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, adapt, and deliver in fast-paced or uncertain environments.
- Meticulous attention to detail in preparing finished art, including font management, meeting deadlines, and applying knowledge of diverse print processes.
