The Marketing Team is seeking a Marketing Planning Coordinator to support the broader marketing teams in developing and executing the Myer Group’s unified go-to-market program.

This role is focused on coordination, administration, documentation, and operational support, helping ensure marketing plans, calendars, and reporting are accurate, up to date, and communicated clearly across stakeholders.

About the role:

  • Support the Marketing Planning Team with the coordination of go-to-market plans, trading calendars, and campaign schedules.
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, trackers, and planning documents to ensure accuracy and version control.
  • Assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning materials, including agendas, presentations, and summaries.
  • Support the organisation of the weekly trade cadence by coordinating inputs, capturing updates, and documenting agreed actions and changes.
  • Assist with compiling performance reports, dashboards, and summaries using inputs from analytics and media teams.
  • Help track campaign milestones, delivery timelines, and post-campaign learnings.
  • Maintain shared folders, planning tools, and documentation to ensure consistency and ease of access.
  • Support continuous improvement of planning processes, templates, and ways of working.

About you:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, media, business coordination or an administrative support role within a Retail environment is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with documents, spreadsheets, and presentations (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
  • An interest in marketing, retail, and how campaigns are planned and executed across channels.
