In this role, you will play a key part in building strong customer relationships, drive ongoing engagement, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will succeed in this role with your ability to consistently meet sales targets and provide knowledgeable tailored product advice.
To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours which includes weekdays, weekends and peak trading times.
What will you need to succeed?
- Strong sales focus with demonstrated ability to deliver results, ideally within a retail ‘big box’ environment
- A polished, customer centric and proactive approach to customer service
- Ability to foster effective communication and collaboration with your team, store leadership and customers
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively, demonstrate initiative and navigate challenges with composure and professionalism
- A genuine passion for retail!
