About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Coordinator to join our Jacqui E team! This is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, creative environment where your ideas and skills truly matter. Responsibilities
- Assisting the Merchandise Manager & Buyers in the sampling approval process, including fittings and approvals
- Briefing new ranges to suppliers for development
- Maintaining effective relationships and regular communication with local and offshore suppliers
- Assisting with weekly trade analysis
- Managing and tracking the sample process, critical path, production schedules and freight timelines
- Drawing and maintaining product CADs and range books
- Supporting the product team with administrative needs
- Sample management, including organising samples for Campaign shoots, Marketing and VM
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Product Coordinator, Buyers Assistant, Production Assistant or Supply Coordinator role is preferable
- Qualification in Fashion and Textile is advantageous
- Denim experience is advantageous
- Proactive, motivated and likes working in a fast-paced environment
- Have great attention to detail and works well under pressure
- High level of productivity and efficiency
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Be a collaborative team member
