Location: Eastern Creek - DC
Lead a high-performing, multi-skilled team at Myer’s Eastern Creek Distribution Centre and play a key role in delivering service excellence to stores and customers.
The Eastern Creek DC operates across extended hours. This is a Day Shift role (Monday to Friday), with flexibility required during peak periods to support Afternoon Shift operations and ensure continuity of service.

You will bring strong leadership capability and distribution centre experience to drive safe, efficient and compliant operations across the site.
About the Role
- Provide clear leadership and direction aligned to Myer’s business strategy
- Lead by example and foster a safe, inclusive and high-performing team culture
- Drive productivity and ensure cost-effective operations
- Oversee end-to-end distribution activities from receipt through to dispatch (stores and customers)
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics partners
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes, productivity, cost, customer service and safety
About You
- Proven leadership experience in a Distribution Centre, Warehouse or Supply Chain environment
- Strong knowledge of WHS policies and compliance requirements
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to support operational activities when required
- Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to service excellence
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Effective problem-solving, analytical and multitasking capabilities
- Current Forklift Licence
