The eCommerce Team is seeking a Senior eCommerce Manager to provide strategic leadership for the eCommerce function, driving the achievement of short‐term objectives while shaping long‐term growth opportunities.

 

About the role:

  • Define and execute strategic direction for the eCommerce business.
  • Lead and inspire the eCommerce team to execute short and long‐term strategies with precision and agility.
  • Drive adoption of advanced analytics and customer insights into strategic planning to optimise decision‐making and performance.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align eCommerce strategies with company objectives and priorities.
  • Develop seasonal eCommerce trade strategies that align with broader market trends and business goals
  • Oversee the successful delivery of the eCommerce roadmap to deliver revenue and growth targets.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience by implementing guidelines that provide detailed product information and seamless interactions.
  • Identify, anticipate and mitigate operational and strategic risks related to eCommerce Operations.

About you:

  • Extensive experience in eCommerce, preferably within fast‐paced retail environments.
  • Prior experience leading high‐performing teams with a proven track record of achieving short‐term targets and driving sustained growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders while managing expectations effectively.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with expertise in market analysis and strategic decision‐making.
  • Experience scoping, and leading projects, with the ability to thrive in an agile environment.
  • Strong expertise in website analytics tools, ideally Google Analytics, for data‐driven insights and performance optimisation.
  • Advanced understanding of eCommerce platforms required including experience in platform utilisation.
