As we continue to evolve our business, we're looking for an experienced Integration Training Manager & Instructional Designer to join our Capability team and play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide learning initiatives that drive capability, performance and business success.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design, development and delivery of learning solutions that support large-scale transformation projects including critical systems integration, business-critical programs and cross-functional initiatives across the Myer Group.

You'll work alongside senior leaders, project teams, change specialists and SMEs to create engaging, scalable and impactful learning experiences that help our teams adapt, grow and succeed.

About the role:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end learning project plans for system integrations aligned to transformation milestones, governance standards and business requirements.
  • Partner with project teams to define learning requirements and deliver solutions that support adoption, business readiness and long-term sustainability.
  • Translate complex process or system information into clear, business-relevant learning content to support systems integration.
  • Provide expert advice on learning design taking into consideration, adult learning principles, capability frameworks and adoption approaches.
  • Build, administer and optimise learning content including Leaner Guides, QRGs, and e-learning modules within LMS/LXP platforms, with an understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards.
  • Coordinate learning deployment across diverse business audiences, ensuring effective rollout, communication, engagement and completion tracking.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions using data, feedback and insights to demonstrate impact and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Embed learning into BAU through induction programs, onboarding frameworks, new starter resources and ongoing performance support materials.

 

About you:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Education or related discipline desirable.
  • Experience delivering learning solutions in large-scale transformation or cross-functional project environments for system integrations.
  • Strong project management capability, with demonstrated success delivering against the full learning project lifecycle from learning needs analysis to embedding.
  • Demonstrated expertise in learning design and delivery, including the creation of end-to-end blended and digital learning solutions using contemporary authoring tools such as Articulate
  • Experience managing vendors, training providers, system vendors and third-party suppliers as required.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability across complex environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical and business-relevant learning content.
  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills, with the ability to use data, feedback and insights to measure impact and continuously improve learning solutions.
