Myer Group is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to be responsible for delivering strategic HR partnership and operational guidance to multiple portfolios within the Myer Store Support Office (SSO). As a trusted partner to senior leaders across the business, the HRBP ensures the effective delivery and execution of the People strategy designed by HR Centres of Excellence (CoE). You will provide sound advice on workforce and organisational needs, represent business requirements in HR strategy and program design, and drive the implementation and adoption of people initiatives.
About the role:
- Build strong, influential relationships with senior leaders across the portfolios to serve as a trusted HR business partner.
- Collaborate and partner actively with HR CoEs to shape talent, learning, reward, and employee experience initiatives
- Lead the delivery and execution of HR programs, initiatives and processes, including: performance cycles, talent reviews, reward processes, engagement activities and culture initiatives
- Coach and build leadership capability in people management, performance, development planning and team effectiveness
- Lead talent management processes to identify, develop, and retain high-performing employees
- Provide advice and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Lead the delivery of performance review cycles and support the execution of remuneration and reward programs
- Partner with leaders to implement change initiatives, drive culture programs, and support employee engagement
- Utilise workforce data and insights to inform decision-making and improve people outcomes
About you:
- 4-6 years' progressive HR experience with at least 2 years operating as a Senior Advisor or Business Partner, or equivalent business-facing role
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders and delivering HR programs that drive business outcomes
- Substantial experience in delivery-focused roles, executing HR initiatives designed by Centres of Excellence or corporate HR teams
- Demonstrated success in implementing organisational change, culture programs and people initiatives
- Experience within ASX-listed, large-scale retail, consumer goods or multi-site service organisations preferred
- Evidence of strong execution capability, stakeholder management and measurable business impact through people program delivery
