MYER Group is looking for a Planning & Reporting Analyst to implement, review, analyse, recommend, and conduct Supply Chain planning and reporting in alignment with company.

About the role:
- Provide actionable analysis and insights across Supply Chain, S&OP and IBP to support informed decision-making.
- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver meaningful reporting and drive positive business outcomes across Myer Group
- Proactively contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement that enhance business performance
- Process Mapping & Documentation: Capture and visually document current-state and future processes
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment of delivery on initiatives
- Support the Supply Chain team with alignment of key stakeholders to deliver project expectations
About you:
- Experience in a retail organisation in a similar role is highly regarded
- Previous Supply Chain experience across Planning and Reporting would be ideal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manipulate data to assist with analysis, reporting and highlight anomalies for actions
- Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically Word and Excel
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, follow direction but also collaborate as a team
