About the role:
As a valued member of the store leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the customer journey through outstanding visual merchandising and team leadership.
You'll combine creativity with strong operational execution, ensuring the sales floor is consistently inviting, well-stocked and presented to the highest standard. From styling eye-catching displays and implementing seasonal campaigns to managing stock flow and maintaining floor standards, you'll bring fresh ideas and visual excellence to every corner of the store.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who loves retail, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning trends into inspiring visual experiences that drive both customer engagement and sales performance.
Your Background:
- Visual Merchandise and styling experience within a retail environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- A strong eye for fashion, trends, styling and commercial presentation
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, every-changing retail environment
