Are you a qualified Electrician with a strong commitment to safety and a passion for problem-solving? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Maintenance Team and help ensure the smooth operation of our production facility and plant in Yenda NSW.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day electrical maintenance of our equipment, working to maximise reliability and minimise downtime across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical maintenance and repairs in line with trade qualifications, company procedures, and legal requirements
  • Assist in maintaining electrical systems and machinery to manufacturer standards
  • Support the development and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Collect and interpret data related to safety, quality, and machine reliability
  • Participate in training and mentoring of apprentices
  • Maintain accurate electrical documentation and drawings
  • Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company policies
  • Lead by example in safety, teamwork, and work quality

 

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

  • Electrical trade qualification and current licence
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and record data
  • Familiarity with SOPs and PC/Office applications
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with MEX or similar maintenance systems
  • Experience in the food or manufacturing industry
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Confined Space and Manual Handling training
  • Forklift and Elevated Work Platform tickets
  • Experienced with PLC and HMI programming, Primarily Allen Bradley.
  • Experience with SCADA systems like citect or ignition is desirable but can be trained
  • Ability to Trouble-shoot electrical control systems
