The Opportunity 

As a Part-Time Sales Assistant and reporting into the Cairns Sales Manager, you will provide administration and sales support to a dynamic media sales team. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Executives, internal departments, and clients to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the delivery of campaigns across the Seven Network.  

You will be responsible for: 

  • Supporting administrative tasks, including data entry, timely processing of proposals, campaign bookings, enquiries, and other sales-related information as directed. 

  • Manage internal system processes to ensure smooth placement of advertising material for campaigns. 

  • Regularly engage with internal departments and external clients to build relationships and ensure campaign success. 

  • Provide administrative support to the Account Executives and Sales Manager. 

  • Providing and updating reports to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign delivery using both Microsoft Excel and industry-aligned systems.  

About You 

You will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused administrator who is eager to learn and grow within the media industry. 

You will have: 

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and data entry skills. 

  • Great time management and the ability to meet deadlines. 

  • A willingness to learn and tackle a variety of tasks.
