The Opportunity 

We’re looking for a driven Sales Operations Lead to join our Commercial Operations team at Seven and support the delivery of system enhancements, process improvements, and sales optimisation initiatives. 

In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales, Product, IT, Finance, and vendor partners and report directly to the Head of Sales Operations. 

What you'll do: 

  • System Testing & Defect Management: Lead test planning, troubleshoot high-impact issues, and support weekend deployment testing when needed (on a rotating roster). 
  • Sales Process Optimisation: Review business specs, streamline sales workflows, drive automation, and align processes with Sales and functional teams 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product to gather requirements, align testing, and communicate outcomes and change impacts. 
  • Governance & System Roadmap Delivery: Manage backlog priorities, support roadmap delivery, run UAT cycles, and drive operational sign-off for Salesforce and Imagine Landmark. 
  • Reporting & Insights: Track system performance, monitor enhancements and defect fixes, share insights with Sales Operations leadership, and flag upcoming releases/issues.

  • Prior experience in a similar role  
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, manage competing priorities, and build trust through transparent communication. 
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, consistency, and stakeholder engagement. 
  • A mindset of continuous improvement, a passion for operational excellence, and fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
