What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor to join the team in Regency Park SA. This is an afternoon shift role working the hours of 2:00pm – 10:00pm Monday through to Friday. Key areas:

• Collaborating closely with Convenience site operations to guarantee the timely dispatch of scheduled trucks.
• Ensuring adherence to the Site Rules and other regulatory guidelines.
• Liaising with clients 
• Promoting a safety-first culture ensuring commitment to safety, chain of responsibility and quality requirements.

• 3 years relevant experience in a Transport Operations environment.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• High level of proficiency, teamwork and commitment to safety
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with an ability to build strong relationships across all levels
• Quick decision-making ability and adept at problem-solving.
