What does the job look like?

An exciting opportunity exists for a Despatch Coordinator to join our Bevchain Team in Auburn NSW. This is a Permanent Fulltime opportunity and reporting to the Shift Supervisor You will be responsible for ensuring business objectives are achieved by effectively coordinating the daily workload of our Transport drivers. The role will require attention to detail and strong adherence to safety and compliance. Hours are Monday to Friday 1.00PM to 9.00PM with overtime as needed and subject to business needs. Key Areas:

What does the job look like?

• Strong participation and commitment to Safety Standards and COR requirements.
• Manage and coordinate daily driver requirements, load allocations and shift activities.
• Ensure compliance completed for shift inspections and across all operational devices daily.
• Drive clear, effective communications with drivers and Sub-contractors as well as internal stakeholders.
• Implement corrective actions as required in line with Bevchain guidelines.
• Provide daily reports on shift activities and completed tasks to support business operations.

Are you the one?

 You can demonstrate:

• Own reliable transport desirable – onsite parking available.
• Clear communication skills both written and verbal and attention to detail.
• Able to adapt to business software and technology – on the job training provided.
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills ie Excel, Microsoft.
• Exceptional relationship building with customers across all levels.
• Previous experience in a similar environment preferred.
