What does the job look like?
As the Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities at Woolworths MSRDC, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, customer service, and financial performance are achieved. You will lead a dedicated team of supervisors and transport allocators in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Key areas:
- Ensure smooth transport operations and execute plans with precision
- Oversee site financials, including staff wages, R&M, fuel, and discretionary costs. Ensure site profitability and that KPI’s are achieved
- Effectively manage the utilisation of allocated resources, while collaborating with the Site Manager to continuously develop and improve operational processes and outcomes
- Enhance customer relationships through regular contact and superior service delivery. Address customer needs promptly and effectively
