Reporting to the Control Room Manager, you’ll use advanced telematics and in-cab camera systems to identify and respond to on-road incidents, fatigue, speeding, and compliance breaches—contributing directly to our commitment to safety, excellence, and Chain of Responsibility obligations.

You’ll work closely with operations and safety teams, providing data-driven insights, investigative support, and post-incident analysis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology and safety intersect, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

This role is also open to our Essendon Fields location, in addition to Hazelmere, WA.

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and manage real-time on-road safety events including fatigue and over-speed alerts.
  • Conduct daily system and camera health checks for telematics equipment across the fleet.
  • Provide detailed telematics and camera data to support incident investigations.
  • Contribute to monthly dashboards and executive safety reports.
  • Identify at-risk driver behaviours and escalate through appropriate internal channels.
  • Support the management of public complaints by identifying vehicles and providing supporting vision and data.
  • Assist with post-incident analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for system performance.
  • Provide training and coaching to internal stakeholders including after-hours support where needed.
