Are you a technical expert in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and passionate about transforming data into strategic insight? Join Linfox’s Corporate Solutions IT team as a Planning & Analytics – TM1 Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our financial planning and analytics capabilities across Fleet, Procurement, and Group Finance.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technical specialist who enjoys working collaboratively with business stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and delivering scalable solutions. You’ll be responsible for the development, support, and enhancement of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) Cloud applications while ensuring governance, quality, and system integrity.

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support services for IBM Planning Analytics Cloud across multiple business units.
• Develop and implement robust, reusable solutions without compromising system controls or data integrity.
• Manage and deliver enhancements and change requests aligned to business requirements.
• Document, test, and validate system changes, business processes, and data interfaces.
• Collaborate with SAP and other integration developers to ensure seamless data flows.
• Support lifecycle maintenance, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the production of solution designs, test scenarios, and use cases.
• Actively contribute to process documentation and functional specs to support business alignment.
• Ensure compliance with Linfox's Change Management and Governance processes.

You’re a technical professional with a strong foundation in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), and a collaborative mindset. You’re analytical, proactive, and capable of translating business needs into effective solutions. The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (including modelling, development, and administration).
• Certification in IBM Planning Analytics (Design, Advanced Modelling, Development, and Administration).
• Practical experience with PAW, PAFe, and integration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and business process optimisation.
• Proficiency in developing functional and solution documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Software Development, or Accounting (preferred).
