What does the job look like?

An exciting opportunity exists for a PM Operations Manager to join our Bevchain Team in Eagle Farm QLD. This is a 12 months Max Term Fulltime opportunity. You will be responsible for maximising the efficient use of resources and supporting our Warehouse and Transport Management to meet our customer goals. You will also seek continuous improvements in operational performance. Hours are Sunday to Thursday 12.30PM to 8.30PM. Key Areas:

What does the job look like?

• Strong participation and commitment to Safety Standards and COR requirements.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, replenishment and dispatch.
• Allocate and manage labour resources to ensure optimal productivity and service levels.
• Monitor and ensure product integrity and compliance with bonded warehouse and transport procedures.
• Coordinate effective communication across the team including customer and labour hire engagement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and main maintain site standards in line with company and customer expectations.

Are you the one?

 You can demonstrate:

• Strong adherence and understanding of Safety Standards and COR requirements.
• Clear communication skills both written and verbal and attention to detail.
• Able to adapt to business software and technology – on the job training provided.
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills ie Excel, Microsoft.
• Time management and prioritization of daily workload.
• Previous experience in a similar environment highly desirable.
