As a Content Developer at Linfox, you’ll create high-quality training content across accredited and non-accredited programs — from learner guides and assessments to digital modules. Working closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders, you’ll design content that supports compliance, operational excellence, and career development.

Areas of focus include:

Content Design and Development

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, engaging training content for a range of delivery modes — face-to-face, online, and blended
  • Write and format learner guides, facilitator resources, assessments, eLearning modules, and job aids
  • Apply instructional design principles to align learning content with adult learning best practices, business needs, and compliance requirements

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with subject matter experts, operational trainers, safety, and HR teams to ensure learning content reflects real-world requirements
  • Participate in curriculum reviews and content validation processes to ensure currency and relevance
  • Partner with project teams to meet delivery milestones and support content rollouts

Digital Learning Integration

  • Use eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Kando, Camtasia, Snagit) to build interactive, digital content
  • Upload and manage learning materials within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accessibility and functionality
  • Stay up to date with digital learning trends and apply new tools and techniques to enhance learner engagement

Quality and Compliance

  • Ensure all content aligns with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), ASQA standards and internal branding guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records and version control across all content
  • Apply Linfox quality management systems (ISO9001:2015) and participate in content audits and reviews

Are you the one?

The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • 3–5 years of experience developing learning content in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or operational learning environment
  • Strong writing, editing and instructional design skills for both classroom and online formats
  • Experience with eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Snagit) and Learning Management Systems
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Qualification in Education, Training, Media, Communications, or a related field (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable but not essential)
  • Experience or familiarity with transport, logistics or operational industries (highly regarded)
