What does the job look like?

As an Integration Specialist at Linfox, you’ll play a key role in connecting our business systems, applications, and customers. Reporting to the Integration Manager, you’ll design, develop, and support integration solutions across B2B, A2A, and A2C scenarios, ensuring seamless data flow and operational reliability.

You’ll work closely with IT teams, project managers, and external partners to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver robust integration solutions. This is a full-time onsite position based at GHO.

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design, develop, and support integration solutions for business and application needs.
  • Provide operational support for production incidents, including after-hours coverage.
  • Gather requirements, estimate effort, and create solution designs for integration projects.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews and ensure adherence to CI/CD DevOps processes.
  • Maintain compliance with Linfox IT standards and processes.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to facilitate effective workload distribution.

Are you the one?

We’re looking for a proactive, technically skilled professional with a passion for integration and DevOps. You’ll bring hands-on experience with integration platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

  • Graduate qualifications in Computing or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications in webMethods technologies.
  • 3+ years’ experience with IBM webMethods (ESB, UM, TN, MWS, MFT, API Gateway).
  • Experience in systems administration, patching, monitoring, and upgrades of integration platforms.
  • Strong design and development skills in integration patterns and best practices.
  • Experience with production support and incident resolution.
  • Proficiency in B2B protocols (AS2, SFTP, REST, SOAP, XML, EDIFACT, X12, JSON, flat files).
  • Experience with Java, XSLT, graphical mapping tools, and webMethods.io Integration.
  • Knowledge of security/authentication (OAuth, API keys, encryption), cloud concepts, and integration tools (SOAP UI, Postman).
