What does the job look like?
Are you ready to take the next step in your driving career? We’re offering internal opportunities for our casual drivers to convert to permanent full-time HC Driver roles at the ADC site in Redbank, supporting the Coles contract. In this role, you’ll complete DC to store deliveries while working within a strong safety-first team environment. Enjoy job stability, consistent hours, and the opportunity to grow within one of Australia’s leading logistics providers.
Available Positions (Monday to Friday):
- 5:00am to 1:00pm
- 6:00am to 2:00pm
Key areas:
- Operate HC vehicles for scheduled store and DC deliveries
- Follow allocated routes and schedules safely and efficiently
- Complete deliveries in line with shift requirements
- Adhere to fatigue management and compliance standard
- Communicate clearly with the transport team and customers
- Conduct pre-start checks and maintain accurate delivery records
