What does the job look like?

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Supervisor to join our Cold Storage facility in Minto. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-profile customer and drive the success of a fast-paced, safety-focused site. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operational functions of the DC, ensuring performance across safety, service and cost. Key areas:

  • Champion Linfox Safety Standards and lead a proactive safety culture
  • Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory
  • Lead and develop a team to achieve key KPIs and customer SLAs
  • Foster strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor and drive site productivity and profitability
  • Oversee compliance with internal policies and external legislative requirements
  • Support reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Are you the one?

This role is suited to a driven and capable leader who thrives in a busy 3PL or FMCG environment. You can confidently make decisions, manage complexity, and drive results through your people. You can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or transport management role
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Understanding of warehouse systems (WMS); SAP experience advantageous
  • High-level communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
