Sustainability Data Analyst

As a Sustainability Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our GreenFox program by delivering accurate and timely data analysis and reporting on carbon emissions across our transport and warehousing operations. Your insights will help shape data-driven decisions and support Linfox’s commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.

This role is onsite at our Essendon Fields HQ.

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Produce accurate and timely Power BI reports on carbon emissions, electricity consumption, fuel, and related data for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver monthly and annual customer and GreenFox reporting in line with agreed timeframes.
  • Provide value in customer and stakeholder meetings through insightful data analysis.
  • Maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity to protect and enhance Linfox’s reputation for quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, procurement, operations, IT, sustainability) to ensure data consistency.
  • Support the deployment of new sustainability systems and contribute to government reporting.
  • Ensure reporting meets regulatory and customer requirements, including environmental and emissions standards.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in data analytics, business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience using Power BI, SAP, and enterprise reporting systems.
  • Experience working with large datasets and producing actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A collaborative, customer-centric mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Someone who is willing to learn and adapt to changes.
