What does the job look like?

As a Senior Data Analyst within Linfox’s Data & Analytics team, you will partner with stakeholders across the business to design, develop and support enterprise reporting and data solutions that enable data‑driven, fact‑based decision making.

This role works predominantly in Power BI, while also contributing to and leveraging the Microsoft Fabric platform to deliver scalable data models and governed self‑service reporting. You will be embedded in an established, collaborative team of data foundations, insights and advanced analytics specialists working across the Linfox enterprise.

This is a full‑time, permanent role based in Essendon Fields (VIC)

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Designing and delivering enterprise‑scale Power BI reporting solutions
• Partnering with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into effective BI outcomes
• Developing performant, reusable and low‑maintenance data models
• Working with large, complex datasets across data warehousing environments
• Leveraging Microsoft Fabric components including Dataflows, Data Pipelines and Data Warehouse
• Creating and maintaining professional documentation (requirements, solution designs, processes)
• Operating within enterprise data standards and contributing to their ongoing development
• Supporting a strong data‑driven culture through collaboration and knowledge sharing

• Proficiency in SQL, DAX and M language
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
• A customer‑focused mindset and commitment to quality outcomes
