Workshop Supervisor. Full Time | Perth, WA.
What does the job look like?
Linfox’s Fleet & Procurement team is looking for a Workshop Supervisor to oversee operations at our Perth Workshop. This role is responsible for fleet maintenance, compliance, and team management to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. With an 8 AM start, Monday to Friday, it provides structure and stability within a well-established team.
Key areas:

Supervise daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Manage fleet maintenance and repairs in line with NHVR accreditation.

Coordinate with service providers and internal teams.

Prioritise and resolve defect repair requisitions (DRRs).

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Lead and develop a team to maintain performance and safety standards.
Are you the one?
You can demonstrate:

Heavy Diesel qualification with leadership or management training.

Experience in truck and trailer maintenance with a strong focus on quality control.

Leadership experience in a workshop or fleet environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and compliance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP.
