What does the job look like?
Join Linfox’s Resources and Industrial Business Unit in Hazelmere as a Transport Scheduler and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. We’re looking for a proactive, organised professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about safety and service excellence. This role works a 7/7 roster, starting on Tuesday. Key areas:
- Driving the Linfox Safety standards at all times, and promote vision ZERO daily
- Efficiently schedule general freight, fuel, and LNG deliveries with a focus on timeliness and cost-effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records for delivery documentation and customer invoicing
- Liaise regularly with customers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Support fleet maintenance planning and adjust rosters as needed
- Review and update driver rosters to ensure full coverage and operational accuracy
- Manage driver training records and coordinate required training
- Monitor vehicle and driver compliance with run sheets and fatigue management standards
Are you the one?
You are a confident communicator, a natural problem-solver, and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. You bring a team-first attitude and a structured approach to scheduling and logistics. You can demonstrate:
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Previous experience in transport scheduling or logistics (preferred but not essential)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Solid understanding of WA transport regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
- A customer-focused mindset with sound decision-making skills
